Seattle Art Museum

  • 19 artworks that formed the core of the Lang Collection, including exceptional examples of Abstract Expressionism and post-war European modernism.

  • $10,500,000 in dedicated funds to support the post-war and contemporary art conservation programs, purchase technical equipment for art conservation, and to fund costs related to presenting the Lang Collection and other artworks.

  • $2,000,000 to support the creation of:

    THE RICHARD E. LANG AND JANE LANG DAVIS ACQUISITION FUND FOR GLOBAL CONTEMPORARY ART

  • $2,000,000 for the Seattle Art Museum’s Closure Relief Fund.

 

Yale University Art Gallery

  • 6 artworks to complement and expand the already strong representation of artists Mark Rothko and Franz Kline.

 

Seattle Symphony

  • $1,500,000 to support the creation of:

    THE RICHARD E. LANG AND JANE LANG DAVIS LIVING MUSIC PROGRAM

 

Henry Art Gallery

  • $1,000,000 to support the creation of:

    THE RICHARD E. LANG AND JANE LANG DAVIS NEW WORKS FUND

 

Seattle Opera

  • $1,000,000 to support the creation of:

    THE JANE LANG DAVIS CREATION LAB

 

Pacific Northwest Ballet

  • $1,000,000 to support the creation of:

    THE JANE LANG DAVIS NEW WORKS FUND

  • $270,000 for ArtsFund’s COVID-19 Arts Emergency Relief Fund.

  • $100,000 to support the organization.
